Agreement between Buyer and NordReps
Welcome to NordReps. The NordReps website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by NordReps. NordReps is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of NordReps constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
We offer high-quality down jackets, inspired by the most recognizable designs, at a reasonable price.

Your use of NordReps is subject to NordReps’s Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PayPal Payments: Important Guidelines
- Contact Us First: If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us first before opening a dispute. We aim to resolve all issues directly and amicably.
- PayPal Protection: Please be aware that PayPal’s purchase protection does not cover replica or counterfeit items. Contacting us first is the best way to ensure a positive outcome for both parties.
- Item Description: If you purchased a replica down jacket, please do not describe it as a replica in any PayPal dispute or communication. Instead, refer to it as a standard down jacket or outerwear garment.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your down jacket must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When Can You Return the Item?
Returns are only accepted in the case of a damaged or defective down jacket received by the buyer, or if the wrong item was received. As we provide actual photos, details, and videos of our products beforehand, we do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned. Exceptional cases may be considered at our sole discretion. If the down jacket is as described and functions properly, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it can take at least 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost to ship the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. For exchanges, we will bear all shipping expenses for sending the replacement item to the buyer.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NordReps, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of the Site, any violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.
