Shipping Policy

If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of reshipment.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• You are responsible for any applicable duties or import fees.
• We declare all packages as low-value “gifts” to help minimize import taxes.
• All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
• Please allow up to five business days for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
• Deliveries to some countries may experience delays during customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by destination and are automatically calculated at checkout based on global shipping zones. We offer both Free Standard Shipping and Paid Fast Shipping options.

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days
• Express Shipping: 6–8 business days
• Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

Please note that some items may require longer processing times during high-order volume periods. Shipping timelines may also be extended during promotional seasons or holidays.
