Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your down jacket must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

When Can You Return the Item?

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If you received a damaged or defective down jacket
  • If you received a wrong item

Since we provide actual photos, detailed descriptions, and videos of all products before purchase, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than those listed above. Exceptional cases may be considered at our discretion.

Please note: If the down jacket is functioning properly and matches the description we provided, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow at least 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. However, for exchange cases where we need to send a replacement item to the buyer, we will cover all associated shipping expenses.
